Entries for the 2017 principal classes at SsangYong Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials are now open!

This year, SsangYong Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials (13th-17th September) boasts THREE three-star international classes – the CCI3*, the prestigious CIC3* for eight- and nine-year-old horses, and for the second year, the final leg of Event Rider Masters (ERM) series, also held at CIC3* level.

All entries should be made by visiting www.bdwp.co.uk/ble.

More information for competitors can be found here.

Event Director Mandy Hervieu said: “Blenheim always attracts the world’s best riders and their most exciting younger horses. After the recent announcement that prize-money levels in both the CCI3* and CIC3* classes will be doubled this year, we expect to be more than fully subscribed."

The first prize in the CCI3* will be £16,000, making it the most valuable CCI3* prize in Europe, and the total prize-fund will be more than £50,000. The first prize in the CIC3* will be £5,000 with a total prize-fund of more than £15,000. This is as a result of investment from the new title sponsor SsangYong, coupled with further support from British Eventing and the ERM series.
